Our process begins with a quick visit to your home.  You can tell R.A. what you're looking for, and he'll be happy to provide a few suggestions that might help to accommodate your requirements.  After taking a few measurements, we'll return to the office to draft your blueprint and layout design.  This part of the process normally only takes about 48 hours.  Once complete, we schedule a convenient time to stop by and review the plans.  Our customers have remarked that it really helps to see your complete finished basement plan laid out on paper in blueprint form - this way you'll have a clear idea for the layout and flow of the floor-plan before getting started.  During this same visit, we'll provide an estimate for the work as it appears on the plans.  If everything looks good, we'll be ready to get started with your finished basement immediately.
